Acting Experience

 

Profile: 

My MFA from SJSU is in creative writing; poetry and screenwriting. My BA from University of Portland is in theatre performance. I received a two year certificate in theatre at Foothill College. I've studied various methods of acting and incorporate them in my work; William Ball's Objectives (Stanislavski based), the Meisner method, Formal (Shakespearean), and Strasberg's method. My best roles have been, Popo Martin(Fat Men in Skirts), Sky (Monogamist), Cordelia (King Lear). I can do crazy lady, oblivious woman, deeply hurt angry woman, and straight-faced comedy. I’ve written full feature, short, and pilot scripts. My genre preferences are drama, rom-com, and thriller.
